1. Tell us about you. Where did you go to school? What’s your most recent professional experience?
I was born and raised in France. My husband is from India, and I have a 9 year old son (Noah) and a 2 year old cat (Sacha).
Following my masters degree in France, I obtained both the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and the PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification, Additionally, I expanded my knowledge in project management by completing a project management certificate program at New York University (NYU). Currently, I am furthering my education by pursuing an MBA degree.
Prior to E&I, I worked for NYU where I managed the launch of the “Violet Network”, an online business network for alumni and students to connect.
2. Tell us about your role here at E&I. Give us a quick rundown of your responsibilities and how they play a part in our team’s overall success.
My role as Project Manager encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, all of which are geared towards ensuring the successful execution of projects, fostering continuous learning and development among team members, and aligning technology initiatives with our organizational goals. I am your go-to person for everything related to our work/project management platform Monday.com,
3. What do you enjoy most about your work? Are there specific tasks or projects that you find particularly fulfilling or exciting?
I find enjoyment in the day-to-day challenges of project management, technology roadmap alignment, and continuous learning and development. Each aspect of my work allows me to contribute meaningfully to our team’s success while expanding my knowledge and skills in areas that I am passionate about.
4. What aspect of our company culture resonates with you the most? Are there particular values or practices that you find especially meaningful and enjoy being a part of?
The collaborative, innovative, and learning-oriented culture of our company resonates deeply with me. It fosters a sense of belonging and empowerment, and I am grateful to be part of a team where these values are not only embraced but actively cultivated and celebrated.
5. What are your hobbies or interests outside of work? Tell us about your passions and how you unwind and recharge when you’re not on the clock.
Being actively engaged in my son’s education as a parent representative for his school for the past 4 years is a fulfilling role that allows me to contribute to the school community and support my child’s learning journey. I enjoy participating in parent-teacher meetings, organizing school events (yearly food drive for the NYC Food Bank, Breast Cancer Walk in Central Park …), and advocating for the needs and interests of students and parents alike.
6. What are you reading, binge watching, or listening to? Anything in particular that’s captured your attention or sparked your interest recently?
Lately, I’ve been watching “Rendez-vous en Terre inconnue”! It’s this awesome show that whisks you away on incredible adventures where celebrities get to dive deep into indigenous cultures. Every episode is like a passport to a new part of the world, showing off the amazing diversity and strength of these remote communities. What’s really cool is how the show brings people together from all walks of life, fostering empathy and understanding in the process. Seriously, if you’re into exploring different cultures and soaking up the beauty of our world, this is a must-watch!
7. Share a fun fact about yourself. Is there something about you that your colleagues might find surprising or interesting?
I have lived and worked in various vibrant cities around the world, including Melbourne, Wellington (NZ), Toronto, and Montreal. Each experience has enriched my life in unique ways and broadened my perspective on different cultures, people, and ways of life.
8. What’s one thing you want to do in the next year that you’ve never done before?
I’ve been interested in photography for some time, but I’ve never taken the plunge to learn more about it or hone my skills.
9. What do you want to get 1% better at each day?
I strive to get 1% better at each day is practicing mindfulness and being fully present in the moment, by incorporating meditation, deep breathing exercises, or mindful walking into my daily routine, as well as finding moments throughout the day to pause, breathe, and recenter myself.
