We have more exciting news to share with you! Vivian Lo will be joining the E&I team on February 26, 2024, as a Process Analyst, in the Technology & Operations Department and supporting the Sourcing Department. Vivian will report to Josh Friedman, Director, Technology & Operations and will be responsible for improving business processes and efficiency within the Sourcing Department. She will liaise with both business and technical stakeholders to design processes that enhance efficiencies, solve business problems, and support E&I’s overall organizational strategy.
Vivian joins our organization with over 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst. In her present role at California State University, she collaborates with both internal and external department stakeholders to design and improve business processes, aiming for greater optimization and efficiency. Vivian analyzes customer needs through requirements gathering and transforms them into actionable insights, prioritizing enhanced user productivity and informed business decisions. She develops test cases, documentation, flowcharts, status reports, presentations, and conducts end-user training while utilizing technology to generate reports and create dashboards for informed decision making. Preceding this role, Vivian was an IT Technician at Central California Training Academy where she provided first-tier support for eLearnings, internal staff, end-users, training, virtual reality courses, and webinars. In addition, she created video presentations, process guides, and instructions for internal and external users for all applications and systems.
In her spare time, Vivian enjoys running, trying different restaurants and cuisines, reading and creative writing.
