We are excited to announce that Sarah Eppler has joined our team as Vice President of Marketing, beginning Tuesday, July 15, 2025. Sarah will report to Sheila Kloefkorn, Senior Vice President, Marketing , and will work from Arlington, VA. Sarah will help to lead the day-to-day operations of the marketing team, focusing on team mentorship, performance optimization, and operational excellence. This fractional role supplements the work of the SVP, ensuring team members have the guidance, resources, and development opportunities needed to achieve both individual growth and company objectives. The VP of Marketing will work closely with the SVP of Marketing to translate strategic vision into actionable team initiatives.
Sarah brings a wealth of experience in building world-class marketing teams and driving growth across global markets. Her extensive background in strategic planning, demand generation, and marketing transformation will be a valuable asset to our organization. Sarah has held key leadership roles at companies such as The Block, LHH, POLITICO, and CEB (now Gartner). In her most recent role as Founder & Chief Marketer at Sarah Eppler Co., she delivered strategic advisory services that accelerated growth for B2B and subscription-based businesses.
Additionally, Sarah is actively involved in professional communities such as Pavilion and Fractionals United, and holds certifications in CMO and CRO leadership, inbound marketing, and digital strategy.
Her favorite hobbies include travel, all things fitness & physiology, F1, and scavenger hunts.
