Jackie Smith will be joining the E&I team on Monday, April 1, 2024, as a Community Manager, in the Marketing Department. Jackie will be working out of her home office in Glendale, Arizona and she will report to Sheila Kloefkorn, Sr. Vice President, Marketing. Jackie will be responsible for administering E&I’s social communities by inspiring our community of users, providing support, creating community content, and escalating any issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Jackie joins our organization with over 7 years’ experience in Marketing and Community Outreach. In her present role at United Tissue Network,, as Director, Sales & Marketing, she identifies and develops strategic international/domestic relationships with partners and potential customers, working cross departmentally to ensure alignment or company goals, evaluating, and forecasting the return on future business transactions, including designing and determining terms of business agreements. Jackie contributes to the creation of organization’s core values and manages three diverse teams to include client services, community outreach, pledge, and volunteers. She develops sales and marketing strategies, including digital marketing programs, messaging to client base, marketing collateral, wellness events, and community outreach. Preceding this role, Jackie was a Director of Sales & Marketing at Sierra Winds where she spearheaded, developed, and implemented content strategies to increase user engagement, curated and promoted user-generated content, maintaining a vibrant and positive community atmosphere. In addition, she developed sales and marketing strategies, across channels, online seminars, marketing collateral, wellness events, and community outreach.
In her spare time, Jackie enjoys cooking and making pizza from scratch in her pizza oven. She also teaches yoga and mindfulness and loves spending time with her family, especially her niece and nephew at the beach where they build sandcastles.
