We have some exciting news to share with you! Lauren Teller will be joining the E&I team on April 1, 2024, as a Process Analyst, in the Technology & Operations Department and supporting the Innovations & Insights Department. Lauren will be working out of her home office in Jacksonville Beach, Florida and she will report to Josh Friedman, Director, Technology & Operations. She will be responsible for improving business processes and efficiency within the Innovations & Insights Department and will liaise with both business and technical stakeholders to design processes that enhance efficiencies, solve business problems, and support E&I’s overall organizational strategy.
Lauren joins our organization with over six years’ experience as a Business Analyst. In her present role at KLS Martin Group, she analyzes business needs with stakeholders to create custom software solutions to increase product production and analyzes business processes for improvement in efficiency and productivity resulting in more than a 50% increase in customer satisfaction and software usage. Preceding this role, Lauren was a Business Analyst with Allstate Benefits where she created business and functional requirement documents for multiple projects, frequently liaising with stakeholders to define requirements and facilitated Scrum events. In addition, she led a development team using agile methodology to improve the user experience, internal procedures, all supporting the overall completion of the product.
In her spare time, Lauren enjoys walking on the beach with her fiancè and dog, Chai, trying out new exercise classes and visiting Walt Disney World on the weekends.
