Great Morning Team!
What an AMAZING week we had ALL TOGETHER! It was an incredible celebration of us all! As I continue to reflect, I am so grateful for the meaningful connections we all created and deepened with each other, the skills we learned, the ideas we shared, and last but certainly not least, the wonderful amount of joy, FUN, and laughter experienced throughout the event!
My own personal mantra that carried me through the final stages of planning and preparations was “Yes, We Can!” It was a constant reminder that helped to reinforce and boost my own growth mindset to have courage to take chances and move out of my own comfort zone. It also gave me the confidence and affirmation that no matter what struggle, roadblocks and/or challenges I faced alone or with my planning team, we would prevail together… And we did! 😊 A paramount example of this is the moment Jeannine and I were in the woods in complete darkness trying to hide, as she was helping me prepare to jump-scare some staff on the trail. All of this was going on while I was adorned with heavy makeup, an enormous wig, ghost-garb, and layers of plastic vines that were caught on ACTUAL vines in 75 degree heat at 10pm at night!
We created terrific memories together, and many of these moments can be viewed in the gallery on the My Hub app! It’s overflowing with meaning-making! 😊 I feel re-charged and inspired not only by the events of the week, but by each of you: Your talents, your uniqueness, your diverse thoughts, ideas, and your authenticity! We truly ARE Better Together!

Loved meeting and connecting with folks, especially the new people and as I got to talk to them I realized just how much value they add to our organization! I am excited for what’s to come! Overall just a great experience.
Better Together was amazing!! I connected with so many people and had so many great conversations. From my meditation with Sean, to the crazy fun scavenger hunt with my team, listening and dancing with Judy and Debbie while James band played, to the meeting conversations for reducing stress. Taking in the knowledge from the Developmental Edge, soaking up the energy of Unbeatable Minds. Then, the views of the spectacular resort. I could go on and on. Thank you so much for the opportunity to be part of it all!!
