Better We, Better Week: Igniting the Spark of Wellness

Great morning, Team!

Happy November! I hope everyone had a fun and festive Halloween! Time is flying fast, and I can hardly believe preparations are already underway for the beautiful holiday season ahead!  

Speaking of time moving fast, a colleague recently reached out to me a few weeks ago to share a full-circle moment. My colleague happened to be at the gym one morning, and viewed an advertisement for World Mental Health Day, and connected it with the Wellness event E&I arranged in honor of this day as well, which created a spark: His own call to action to find health and balance. My colleague was compelled to dig deeply in reflection and subsequently committed to taking time to care for himself, walking away from the notion that he was “too busy” to make changes. He then used Copilot to come up with some suggested Wellness activities to help make a difference in his everyday life.

I was so impressed (and still am) by my colleague’s commitment to DO, BE and FEEL better, and to hold himself accountable to make these changes for himself. I am also amazed that he thought of utilizing Copilot to help him along on his Wellness journey ahead! My colleague has graciously agreed to share this wonderful list of Wellness tools and resources he obtained from Copilot with us all. I am so happy that a few elements of that day ignited this amazing spark for my colleague and made such a significant impact. He has inspired and motivated me to look inward as well. I wish for us all that we each discover “sparks” of our own, lighting the way in our own Wellness journey ahead to become healthier and better every day!
