I am excited to announce that Colleen Miller will be joining E&I as our new Business Partnerships Manager, supporting Financial Services on October 15, 2025. Colleen will be working out of her home office in University Park, FL, and report to Saul Alvarado, Vice President, Business Partnerships.
Colleen joins E&I with almost 20 years of strategic sales leadership experience across healthcare, higher education, financial institutions, and corporate sectors. Known for driving business growth through innovative strategies, Colleen has led global sales activations and cultivated long-term client relationships while consistently surpassing revenue targets. Her expertise includes strategic sales leadership, business development, cross-functional collaboration, and client relationship management. Colleen has held senior roles at Visa Inc. as Director of Global Sales Activation and Director of Corporate Sales, where she drove $2.7B+ in corporate revenue growth through coordinated sales initiatives and scaled strategic initiatives across global sales teams. Prior to Visa, Colleen managed key client relationships at American Express and led operations at Enterprise Holdings for multiple branches.
As a Business Partnerships Manager, Colleen will be responsible for designing and leading go-to-market strategies that maximize the unique value proposition of our Financial Services Solutions. She will cultivate and manage strategic partnerships, drive adoption across diverse educational institutions, and ensure our offerings deliver measurable impact. Colleen will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to orchestrate cross-functional execution, promote member adoption and engagement, and continuously improve performance through data-driven insights.
Outside of work, Colleen is usually cheering on her son, Liam at football games, supporting her 2 daughter’s Avery and Maren in the ballet studio or soaking up the sun at the “#1 beach in the nation-Siesta Key Beach”. She is an avid Buffalo Bills fan, a Sopranos aficionado, and loves reading, exercising, Bravo TV, watching Jeopardy and interior design.
