Great Morning Team!
WOW! What an incredible week all together at Better Together! After two long years, it was WONDERFUL to see and connect with everyone in person! We hope you all had an opportunity to enjoy meeting others and deepening connections, as well as taking part in the many fun activities planned! From the culinary arts to wine tasting to cuddling and playing fetch with some VERY special Golden Retrievers! And of course, to add even more fun into the mix was our amazing talent showcase, and Karaoke nights filled with fantastic songs, A LOT of laughter, and even dancing!
So, how was your experience? Did the feeling of how you arrived at Better Together remain the same by the end? If not, what was different? What shifted for you? And that checklist we first introduced before Better Together (listed below): Were you able to do it all or perhaps focus on a few meaningful things? Did you discover new things that weren’t even on the list?
Taking personal inventory, did you:

☐ Connect, meet, and learn something new with at least three people you have only met on a screen
☐ Take some time for YOU, and enjoy the beautiful nature that surrounds you

I thought I knew the plan—
the sessions, the meals, the list.
But Vermont had surprises
I never would’ve guessed.
Snow‑capped mountains, hugs hello,
faces old and faces new,
joyful laughs and misty eyes—
connection everywhere we flew.
Golden Dog Farm brought out our kid,
maple, wine, and food galore,
cookoffs, cheers, celebrations big,
and plenty reason to pour one more.
The talent show? Pure magic fun—
piano, ballads, Latte Boy,
Zombie rocked, Elsa soared,
music, courage, heart, and joy.
Stories, jokes, karaoke nights—
Bon Jovi, Barbie, voices loud,
laughter echoing way too late,
tired, happy, grateful crowd.
We talked growth, culture, getting better,
finding grooves both work and home,
left with blankets, syrup, smiles—
and memories we’ll always own.
One thing’s clear, no doubt at all:
this week was magic, through and through—
more than work, more than a plan…
we truly are Better Together 💛
